I have 2 horses for tomorrow both at Sandown.

First up we have the 2:05.

The horse who strikes me as major value is CLOSE TOUCH. The fact that
Nicky Henderson has 3 very good horses entered in this and Barry Gerraghty
has chosen to ride this one, tells me all I need to know.

His form is rock solid with his last run being top draw with an excellent
2nd to the highly thought of African Gold who I think has a great chance
in the Albert Bartlett next friday at Cheltenham. Ok he got beat by 4
lengths but if African Gold was in this race I predict he would be no
bigger than 7/4. CLOSE TOUCH trades at 8/1 as we speak which is major
value. This is an e/w selection.

Next up we have the 2:40.

Again a horse who should never be smaller odds. SOLL is a smashing little
horse. Trained by Willie Mullins last year and ran in the 4 miler at
Cheltenham where he fell. The race was won by Teaforthree. Would any of
these been good enough to run in that race? Its a no from me.

He is now trained by Jo Hughes who I think is a decent trainer. SOLL 2
runs this year have been disappointing but lets not forget he has been
thrown in the deep end in 2 very hard races. Firstly in the Hennessy Gold
Cup and then in the Welsh National. I would say 2 of the most gruelling
races bar the Grand National and the Gold Cup. He ran a fair race in the
Hennessy and Welsh National although he was a long way behind.

His Handicap mark has dropped from 140 to 132 for todays race. I feel this
small field race is the type of race to get him off the mark this year and
cant for the life understand why he is a massive 9/1. This is also an e/w
bet.

Good Luck
