LADY BUTTONS 9/1 Paddy Power and Betfair(lots paying 5 places) – 0.5 POINTS E/W

This race is set up perfectly for LADY BUTTONS. It is always run at a furious pace and the faster they go the better for her. She has a high cruising speed and a race of this nature could literally fall into her lap. She stays that bit further than 2 miles but for me just don’t quite get home over 2m 4f. She ran in the mares hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival over 2m 4f and finished a decent 4th, not quite getting home. I think she is a better chaser than hurdler and this return to fences will bring out improvement. She has run 5 times this season, with four wins and a 4th. Three of her wins were over fences so this season she is undefeated over fences. LADY BUTTONS has run well at Aintree in the past with a 4th in last years Maghull Novice Chase and a 2nd in the Mares bumper back in 2014. She will be a tough one to beat with a trouble free run. E/W.
