I am keen to back a 3 year old in this race as they get weight from the 4 year olds who I don’t think are that good a bunch. The favourite in this race is Jubiloso but is far to short at 5/4 in places. Given her price she is leaving lots of value around in others.

ANGEL’S HIDEAWAY is a very good E/W bet at her price. She has been a nearly horse all her career often placing in big races without getting her head in front. I don’t think she will get a better chance of winning than in a race like this at Group 3 level. Her season started with a decent 3rd at Newmarket in Group 3. She then ran her best race of her career when 4th in the Group 1 1000 guineas behind Hermosa. For me that is the best form in the race and that was over 1m which would have stretched her stamina. Back down at her favourite trip of 7f she has to be involved. She was 4th to Space Blues at Epsom on her penultimate start before running another cracker to come home 3rd in the Jersey Stakes. The drying ground will be to her advantage and at the very least I see her making the frame. E/W.

MOT JUSTE is a forgotten horse here and the odds are massive. She was 2nd on her first start of the season behind the talented Qalbala (Angels Hideaway 3rd). This was followed by two poor runs in the 1000 guineas and then another Group 1 Falmouth Stakes, against older horses. Yes she has finished down the field but the races were the best of the best. Now she is back down to Group 3 level you should see a better horse. I still think she has the talent and is way overpriced in my opinion. E/W.
