WITHHOLD 8/1 generally – 0.75 POINT E/W (4 places, 1/5 odds)
I have been keeping an eye on WITHHOLD for the last few runs with a view to this race and everything has worked out well. He was 2nd in this race last year and it is clear that they have targeted this race once again. He has had 2 runs this season and despite not being fully wound up, he has run well on both starts and clearly will come on a loads for both runs. He is now down to a handicap mark of 103 and although he not getting any younger, I do believe he can win off that mark. E/W.

EILEAN DUBH 12/1 generally – 0.75 POINTS E/W (6 places, 1/5 odds)
Kieran Burke has had a fantastic season and is horse EILEAN DUBH looks overpriced coming from a nice draw in 6. With 21 runners and given he is drawn low and a horse who likes to be prominent, he can get a nice early position which is a huge advantage in a race like this. He comes here on the back of an excellent win at York 3 weeks ago and although he has gone up the handicap, he won well enough to justify going well again here. Clifford Lee takes the ride and he is right near the bottom of the handicap with just 8st 13lb on his back. E/W.
