We were all on KIYOSHI at the St Leger meeting where she travelled beautifully and quickened very well and although this a big step up I am wondering if everything has finally clicked for her. There is no doubt she has the potential but KIYOSHI has never been the easiest ride and even showed when wandering right across the track when winning the Albany Stakes as a 2 year old. KIYOSHI has finished behind a few of these back in July at Newmarket. I am not reading to much into that as she would hated the ground. On todays ground she has only once finished out of the frame in 8 starts. This is taking a chance but I trust my judgement and honestly believe she has turned a corner after her last performance as she looked such a straightforward ride that day. 12/1 is huge.
