FREE Cambridgeshire Tips
Tomorrow we are treating you to TWO FREE TIPS from the BIG RACE OF THE DAY! The Newmarket Cambridgeshire!!
Some great value! Let’s get stuck in!
We have 2 selections in this race and the jockeys on board have a big factor in why I have chosen each of them.
First up we have GM HOPKINS who has a massive burden to overcome by carrying top weight but if I am being honest I don’t think this is the strongest Cambridgeshire to date so he could well get away with it. He certainly has the class. One of the main reasons I went with GM HOPKINS was the fact we have Ryan Moore on board. Ryan Moore has only ridden the horse twice and he won on him both times. In fact his last two wins have only come when Ryan Moore was onboard. Besides the Moore factor we do know GM HOPKINS likes it around Newmarket having won the Cambridgeshire Silver Cup in 2014 and finishing 6th of 33 in this very race last year. The bookies have him priced up at 25/1 and I think that is dangerous when you combine a trainer like John Gosden with Ryan Moore. E/W.
GM HOPKINS 25/1 with Coral and Bet 365 – 0.5 POINTS E/W (Most Bookies are paying 5 places)
Our 2nd selection is OASIS FANTASY who is a huge price at 40/1. Adam Kirby takes the ride and I rate him highly especially in big race handicaps like this. His style of riding will be well suited to OASIS FANTASY and I have no worries about bad tactics with him onboard. OASIS FANTASY does need to improve to win this race, no doubt about it but looking at how the horse runs and his style I think a straight 1m 1f will be perfect. We know that OASIS FANTASY acts at the course having won here in May. Its a tough task but I have seen much worse 40/1 bets. E/W.
OASIS FANTASY 40/1 with William Hill – 0.5 POINTS E/W (Most Bookies are paying 5 places)
